About Us
Creating Confidence
Paul Manning Football Academy (PMFA) offers professional and personal coaching emphasising the development of grassroots football.
Founded by Paul Manning who has a personal history of playing football as well as over 15 years coaching and teaching experience whilst working within premier league outfits. He develops our players to become confident and able to learn necessary football skills through enjoyable, professional and purposeful sessions.
Individual & Personalised Coaching
This is achieved by understanding the child's individual needs and coaching on a personal level, focusing on their own development needs. Our sessions further your child's early development with social skills, motor skills, understanding and following instructions, concentration and discipline. All whilst learning new skills and agility within independant and team play. Our strategy is to concentrate on the "bigger picture" and produce players that can continue within the sport in the hope of achieving their own goals.
Professional Pathways
Laying the foundations, we install a love of the game as well as personal discipline to achieve the best they can. To date we have had over 100 players progress from PMFA into various premier league and professional academies, including Southampton FC, AFC Bournemouth, Yeovil town, Chelsea & England rep squads.
Many of our players are currently playing within the Junior Premier League with our U11's being South Coast Regional Premier League Champions 2022/23.
